Commercial disclosure
1. Seller identity
Seller and sales representative: SHEN PENG (シン ホウ), individual business operator. Request the business address and telephone at support@meritledger.org. We provide them without delay in writing or by email, with sufficient time before you decide to order. You do not need to place an order to obtain the information.
2. Contact
Support and refunds: support@meritledger.org. General contact: contact@meritledger.org. Support hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 Japan Standard Time (Asia/Tokyo); closed Saturdays and Sundays.
3. Purchases and costs
Total payable for Japan: JPY 300 weekly, JPY 680 monthly, JPY 6,800 annually or JPY 34,000 one-time. For the United States: USD 1.99 weekly, USD 4.49 monthly, USD 44.99 annually or USD 224.99 one-time. No additional tax is added at Checkout. Billing country determines payment currency; changing display language does not change it. You pay your own internet or carrier costs.
4. Payment, access and renewal
Payment uses methods displayed by Stripe Checkout, initially at purchase and then on the displayed renewal date. Weekly subscriptions renew every seven days, monthly subscriptions every month and annual subscriptions every year until cancelled. Paid access is applied immediately after payment confirmation; contact support@meritledger.org if it is missing. Cancel before renewal through payment management in membership settings; access ordinarily continues to the paid period’s end. A one-time purchase does not renew and covers base Premium and maintenance updates, without guaranteeing future add-ons or that the service will exist forever.
5. Cancellation and refunds
For a first paid Web purchase, request a full refund of the initial charge at support@meritledger.org within seven calendar days of that first payment. Renewals and repeat purchases are outside this voluntary policy. Refunded paid access ends. Discretionary prorated refunds are ordinarily unavailable for mid-period cancellation. Duplicate or incorrect charges, material non-performance and mandatory legal rights are handled separately.
6. Requirements and purchase periods
Use a current Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox browser with JavaScript, cookies and an internet connection. Any specific offer conditions or order deadline are shown with the offer.
